The Return and Exchange Policy described below applies only to online purchases made through www.ShopDainty.com. We want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we will be happy to help fix the problem.
Returning Merchandise Back to Online Store
- You have 7 business days to return ALL regular price merchandise back to the online store for STORE CREDIT ONLY from the ship date.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and all tags must be attached and there should be no visible signs of wear.
- Sale merchandise is Final and may not be exchanged or returned.
- To ensure your complete satisfaction, we will gladly accept the timely return of products and will issue store credit. Our Store Credit is good for one year and can be used for any item in our store, as long as it’s in-stock and currently available for purchase.
All shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Dainty is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please note, any returns received that do not comply with this policy will be shipped back to you.
Final sale items cannot be returned for credit. If you return a sale item to ShopDainty.com, the item will not be credited and it will be mailed back you. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES, SWIMWEAR, LINGERIE, AND BODYSUITS ARE FINAL. If such items are returned a $25.00 charge will be made to your account and the items will be returned to you.
If you return an item to www.ShopDainty.com that is considered late and is past the allotted time frame, the item will not be refunded and it will be mailed back to you.
Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled.
If you do wish to return an item for store credit, and your purchase meets all of the above criteria, please send us an email to DaintyBoutiqueinc.@gmail.com in order to receive a return authorization form.
You will be responsible for shipping costs associated with returning your item. When shipping an item for return, we strongly recommend that you utilize a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance accordingly. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and this responsibility is on the respective shipping service.
